Junior Unit Controller – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

Ready to make an impact where finance meets manufacturing? As a Junior Unit Controller you will support the financial performance of a manufacturing site, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial closing and produce accurate site‑level reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of financial performance indicators.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, track cost performance and contribute to cost‑control initiatives.
• Support CAPEX projects by tracking expenditures and validating financial data.
• Review operational and financial KPIs, identify trends and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, safety and other support functions to ensure sound financial governance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects that enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, accounting or manufacturing finance.
• Experience in a plant environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent collaboration, organization and communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
