Junior Project Manager

About the role

MRM, a leading multinational digital marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a Junior Project Manager to support day‑to‑day production and equipment activation. You will work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep projects on track and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and lead project meetings.
• Conduct asset quality reviews before hand‑off to teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Create and maintain project scope documents, timetables and action plans.
• Collaborate efficiently with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Identify resource requirements and coordinate staffing.
• Coordinate asset deliveries with external and internal teams.
• Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration tools.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in project or service management within a professional services setting.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with MS Project or similar planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile, hybrid or Waterfall.
