Junior Marketing & Campaign Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing private youth sports operator serving the GTA and Florida. This entry‑level position supports the Director of Marketing in planning, executing, and optimizing email and SMS lifecycle campaigns. You will gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading platforms while contributing to customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Support the creation and testing of automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement, and retention triggers.
• Manage audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and workflow documentation.
• Prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars.
• Set up A/B tests, track performance metrics, and compile reports on open rates, click‑through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Ensure compliance with CASL, CAN‑SPAM, and GDPR regulations and maintain list hygiene.

Required profile

• Analytical, curious, and detail‑oriented.
• Foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing.
• Enthusiastic about data‑driven optimization and messaging.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
