Junior Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing private youth‑sports operator serving the GTA and Florida. This entry‑level position supports the Director of Marketing in designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle email and SMS campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QA‑checking, and launching email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid.
• Help set up and test automated lifecycle flows such as onboarding, re‑engagement, and retention triggers.
• Support audience list management, segmentation, suppression files, and documentation of workflows.
• Prepare email templates in collaboration with the design team and maintain organized asset libraries.
• Set up A/B tests, track performance metrics (open, click‑through, conversion, unsubscribe rates) and compile regular reports.
• Monitor compliance with CASL, CAN‑SPAM, GDPR and perform list‑hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• Analytical, detail‑oriented and curious about how data and messaging drive results.
• Foundational knowledge of email or digital marketing concepts.
• Eager to learn lifecycle marketing strategy, automation technology, and data‑driven optimization.

Required skills

• Experience with Twilio for SMS campaign execution.
• Experience with SendGrid for email campaign execution.
