Junior IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are a US‑based recruiting firm expanding our IT staffing team. As a Junior IT Recruiter you will work fully remote, supporting our sourcing team by contacting pre‑qualified candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200 outbound calls daily to engage pre‑selected candidates.
• Interview candidates, prepare and verify their documentation.
• Coach candidates before client interviews and conduct post‑interview follow‑ups.
• Extend job offers and assist candidates through the acceptance process.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher.
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to stay consistent in a remote environment.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑7 pm or 11 am‑8 pm Argentina time (8 hours with 1‑hour break).
• Personal laptop or PC (company laptop provided after six months).
