Junior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team and work closely with an experienced DevOps engineer. The position combines day‑to‑day operational support with hands‑on projects that move our environment toward a centralized Infrastructure‑as‑Code model.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines, handling builds and pre‑configured deployments.
• Monitor first‑level alerts and respond promptly to incidents.
• Apply IaC changes using defined Terraform modules.
• Migrate resources (VPCs, storage buckets, load balancers, databases) from local management to a centralized IaC platform.
• Document runbooks, access procedures, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate on basic security best practices for the infrastructure.
• Configure monitoring dashboards and alerts in Grafana.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a DevOps or similar operational role (not a trainee position).
• Hands‑on experience with one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools, especially Terraform.
• Experience using Docker in production projects.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and basic networking principles.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
