Junior Designer – Digital Asset Design

About the role

Monks is looking for a talented Junior Designer to join its global creative team. You will focus on creating static digital assets for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising, working in a fast‑paced environment that values speed, style, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design static visuals for a variety of channels, including ads, product UI, and social media.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors across time zones.
• Build and maintain production‑ready templates and mechanical files.
• Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and are consistent across formats and dimensions.
• Contribute to the production workflow from style setting to final format cutting and language versioning.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under rapid change.
• Self‑motivated, able to handle repetitive tasks and stay focused.
• Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable collaborating with global teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
