Junior Commercial Projects Coordinator

About the role

Join a fast‑growing data company that is transforming business decisions across Latin America. As a Junior Commercial Projects Coordinator you will support the Trade program’s growth, adoption and visibility in key LATAM markets, working closely with the Trade leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential companies for the Trade program through research and follow‑up.
• Promote internal adoption of the Trade program across business units and support enablement initiatives.
• Coordinate Trade‑related marketing and communication activities to ensure consistent visibility.
• Assist in planning and executing Trade events and training programs, handling logistics, communications and participant follow‑up.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce reports and suggest continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Experience in business support, marketing, sales enablement or a similar function.
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking.
