Junior Claims Handler – Insurance Law

About the role

We are seeking a recent law graduate or a candidate close to graduation with a strong interest in insurance law to join our Buenos Aires headquarters. The Junior Claims Handler will support the management of marine and property claims, working closely with senior legal teams and clients across an international portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative procedures for marine and property claims.
• Monitor and manage lawsuits from initiation to final resolution, ensuring procedural deadlines are met.
• Prepare legal documents, draft opinions, and develop settlement strategies.
• Maintain a diverse client portfolio and deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related environment.
• Hands‑on experience with property claims, both regulatory and litigation aspects.
• Preferable experience with marine claims.
• Enrollment in the Bar Association (CABA) and fluent English (oral and written).

Required skills

• Knowledge of civil and commercial law.
• Understanding of insurance law and claims processes.
