Junior Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to support the procurement of materials, services and equipment for Anuvu. The role will act as the primary point of contact for processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of goods that meet our quality and cost requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders following established procedures.
• Maintain organized purchasing documentation and vendor files.
• Negotiate contracts and discounts with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Onboard new vendors and update the Approved Supplier List in coordination with Quality.
• Provide accurate lead‑time and cost information for sales proposals and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve invoice and receiving discrepancies.
• Monitor capital‑expenditure coding and ensure compliance with policies.
• Utilize the Oracle system to track orders, inventory and optimize purchasing performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking, physical inventories and fixed‑asset management.
• Certification such as CPSM, C.P.M. or APICS is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Oracle procurement system.
