Junior Bilingual Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Bilingual Accountant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop expertise in U.S. GAAP and QuickBooks while supporting a range of accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly accounting deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of accounting work.
• Participate in monthly and annual closings.
• Prepare and analyze the General Ledger, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheets.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Finance, and the CFO.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client accounting inquiries.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in general accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or other frameworks).
• Advanced English proficiency for client communication.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
