Junior Architect & Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Architect who will also serve as an Operations Coordinator for two small custom home builders in the United States. This hybrid role blends architectural expertise with project coordination, communication, and day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural plans and elevations, spot inconsistencies, and create detailed mark‑ups.
• Coordinate multiple residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Manage project budgets, spreadsheets, timelines, and maintain Gantt charts.
• Handle multiple inboxes, responding to emails on behalf of leadership.
• Split time between two small custom home‑building teams, ensuring smooth operations for both.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Comfortable managing several projects and working for two small companies at once.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
• Standard US holidays plus 10 PTO days per year.
• Salary: USD $3,000 per month.
