Junior AI Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Teal.ai is looking for a Junior AI Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will combine cutting‑edge AI sourcing tools with human insight to identify and select top talent for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑selection and selection of profiles using our AI‑driven sourcing platform.
• Assist the Data and AI team in creating new data points and maintaining core data quality.
• Make agile, data‑driven decisions throughout the sourcing process, aligning with client requirements.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to design new sourcing strategies and algorithmic methodologies.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in scouting, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in IT, recruitment and AI‑enhanced sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Team‑player with flexibility and adaptability to a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to make timely, data‑driven decisions.
