IT Support Technician

About the role

The IT Support Technician provides first and second‑line support for internal users and contractors, handling hardware, software, and network issues while continuously improving the local IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices and other office equipment.
• Administer Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and manage user devices with management tools.
• Create and manage user accounts in Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365 and related systems.
• Perform physical network tasks such as patching, device installation, port assignment and cabling.
• Maintain server and network equipment, including cable patching in data centers and server rooms.
• Manage IT inventory, track assets, assign equipment to users and conduct audits.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education with at least 2 years of experience supporting IT hardware and software.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong communication, documentation and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure.
