About the Role
Join a cutting-edge team dedicated to redefining mental health standards through an innovative AI-driven platform and real-time audio analysis. As a Tier 1 Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technical operations by combining high-level IT support with essential system administration tasks.
Main Missions
- Provide efficient technical support and incident resolution for end-users via ticketing systems and Slack.
- Manage user identities and device lifecycles using JumpCloud (IAM/MDM) and Google Workspace (Admin level).
- Troubleshoot complex SSO/MFA authentication issues, including lockouts and resets.
- Administer SaaS tools access and licensing, specifically for Slack, Atlassian, and Notion.
- Perform advanced macOS troubleshooting, covering connectivity, FileVault, and system configurations.
- Ensure general IT reliability, including email, connectivity, and application support.
Profile Required
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a structured and analytical approach to technical incidents.
- Proven experience in a technical support or junior system administration role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide high-quality user experience.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for global collaboration.
