IT Support Specialist (Remote – Buenos Aires)

About the role

Coderio is seeking a proactive, customer‑oriented IT Support Specialist to join its remote‑first team. Based in Buenos Aires, you will support internal users across Latin America and the United States, ensuring smooth operation of both Windows and macOS workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Entra ID.
• Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and SOPs for self‑service.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including asset tracking.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in JIRA Service Management, meeting SLA targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk roles.
• Resides in CABA or surrounding areas.
• Advanced written and spoken English for communication with US clients.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
