IT Support Specialist

About the role

Coderio is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join its Buenos Aires team. You will provide first‑ and second‑level support to internal users across Latin America and the United States, ensuring smooth operation of both Windows and macOS workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1 and L2 technical assistance for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain a mixed fleet of Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365/Entra ID.
• Create clear documentation, FAQs, and SOPs to enable self‑service.
• Identify repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions (e.g., onboarding workflows).
• Coordinate hardware logistics, asset tracking, and system setup for new hires.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in JIRA Service Management, meeting SLA targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk roles.
• Resident of CABA or surrounding areas.
• Advanced written and spoken English for communication with US clients.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
