IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will act as a bridge between the company's technology capabilities and its commercial objectives within the surface transport sector. You will engage with clients both virtually and on‑site, develop new business opportunities, and ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits to understand their needs.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities in the transport market.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Review sales performance and prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
• Negotiate contracts and service packages with customers.
• Collaborate with operational staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Track and trace active orders, providing proactive shipment status updates to customers.
• Achieve or exceed the sales quota defined by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a surface transport company or a related industry.
• Graduate degree with basic computer proficiency.
• Good knowledge of the local market and effective communication skills.
