Intermediate Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our team working on a leading restaurant and food‑service Point‑of‑Sale (POS) platform with more than 135,000 installations worldwide. The role is fully remote and involves managing the software development lifecycle of a mature, highly integrated POS product.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver software projects on schedule, coordinating releases and deployments.
• Prioritize and assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and changes to ensure smooth delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively and track team performance.
• Manage dependencies across multiple product components and third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and top‑level management to improve delivery processes and team efficiency.

Required profile

• 2.5+ years of IT project management experience with US‑based clients.
• Experience leading teams of 7‑10 FTEs on projects lasting 3+ months.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, release management and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices.
• Upper‑Intermediate English communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn the technical domain of restaurant POS systems.
