Intermediate Project Manager – POS Platform

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join our global team and lead projects for a leading restaurant and food‑service Point‑of‑Sale (POS) platform with over 135,000 installations worldwide. The role is fully remote and involves coordinating development, release, and integration activities across multiple product components and third‑party services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full software development lifecycle for a mature, highly integrated POS product.
• Prioritize, assign, and track project tasks, ensuring daily delivery and timely releases.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular stakeholder updates, and report on risks and changes.
• Allocate resources effectively and oversee performance of a 7‑10‑person team.
• Coordinate dependencies across product modules and third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and top‑level management to improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• 2.5+ years of IT project management experience with US‑based clients.
• Experience leading teams of 7‑10 FTEs on projects lasting 3+ months.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, release management, and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices.
• Upper‑Intermediate English communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn the restaurant‑POS technical domain.
