Intelligence Automation Lead

About the role

The Intelligence Automation Lead will translate key business objectives into scalable automation solutions using Artificial Intelligence and advanced process automation technologies across the LatAm region. Reporting to the Regional Digital Transformation function, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to modernize core processes, drive adoption of AI‑driven workflows and deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional Intelligent Automation strategy, roadmap and operating model aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Convert business challenges into high‑value AI and automation use cases and scalable solutions.
• Lead engineers, process analysts and product owners while partnering with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Establish governance for intake, prioritisation, funding and benefits realisation, communicating value to executive leadership.
• Promote adoption of AI, RPA, BPM and digital workflow platforms, run PoCs and MVPs, and scale successful solutions across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital transformation, AI and automation initiatives, including identifying opportunities and delivering scalable solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent English communication skills.
