Innovative Project Planner (German-speaker) – Remote (Latam)

About the role

Laminar Projects is looking for a German‑speaking Project Planner to join its remote team serving Latin America. You will help modernise construction delivery by creating efficient schedules, linking plans to daily site activities, and leveraging the company’s proprietary tech tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve project schedules for infrastructure and complex building projects.
• Translate high‑level plans into day‑to‑day site execution tasks, ensuring alignment between schedule and actual delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical, technology‑enabled solutions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones, providing clear updates and actionable insights.
• Support adoption and feedback loops for Laminar’s construction‑management platform.

Required profile

• Strong interest in improving construction processes through common sense and technology.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Fluent German (native or professional proficiency) with excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on linking schedules to real‑world execution.
