Infrastructure & Security Lead – Advanced English

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking an Infrastructure & Security Lead with advanced English proficiency to join a fast‑growing energy innovation firm operating in the US, UK and Argentina. The position is permanent, hybrid (four days onsite, one day remote) and requires full onsite presence during the initial onboarding period.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multi‑site IT engineering team, managing budgets, vendor relationships and operational SLAs/KPIs.
• Act as the senior authority on cybersecurity, threat detection, vulnerability management and SOC 2 / SOX compliance.
• Oversee configuration and administration of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Windows Server and Intune/MEM.
• Implement IAM and Zero‑Trust principles across hybrid environments.
• Develop long‑term IT and security roadmaps and present technical risk analyses to executive leadership.
• Provide hands‑on expertise with SIEM, EDR, XDR and SOAR platforms.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of progressive IT operations experience in roles such as Global IT Support Head, Infrastructure Analyst or Core Applications Team Leader.
• Proven track record owning SOC 2 and/or SOX audit cycles from evidence collection to remediation.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work onsite during onboarding.
• Desired certifications: AZ‑500, SC‑300, CISSP, CISM or ITIL Foundation.
