Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Manager will design and execute influencer campaigns for global brands, driving awareness and engagement across multiple digital platforms. This fully remote position works with a fast‑growing agency that partners with creators worldwide. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure each campaign meets strategic objectives and delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate contracts and deliverables, ensuring clear expectations and compliance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, including content briefings, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, client services) to maximize impact.
• Maintain strong relationships with agencies, talent representatives, and creator networks.

Required profile

• Strategic, relationship‑driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships for international brands.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and coordinate remote teams.
• Proven track record of planning, executing, and reporting on influencer campaigns.
• Comfortable negotiating contracts and handling creator onboarding.
