Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth‑focused Influencer Marketing Manager who lives inside the social media ecosystem. This fully remote position requires constant availability to spot, onboard, and nurture high‑potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Aggressive prospecting: scout TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels to identify undervalued creators with viral potential.
• Algorithmic integration: work daily with proprietary tools to validate creator metrics and forecast growth trends.
• High‑stakes outreach: craft personalized outreach, negotiate deal structures and secure high‑conversion partnerships.
• Relationship architecture: serve as the primary point of contact, building long‑term, high‑value creator relationships.
• Data‑driven retention: analyze ROI using internal and external data tools to decide which partnerships to scale or sunset.
• Global coordination: maintain continuous communication with internal teams to align creator content with company objectives.

Required profile

• Exceptional instinct for spotting creators before they go viral.
• Strong analytical rigor; comfortable making data‑based partnership decisions.
• Hyper‑availability: able to respond 7 days a week to real‑time social trends.
• Self‑motivated remote work style with excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and decentralized platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with proprietary algorithmic and creator‑CRM tools.
• Experience or strong interest in Web3 platforms.
• Data analysis and dashboard interpretation.
