Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale creator partnership initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. This remote position focuses on building strong influencer relationships, driving performance‑focused growth, and managing end‑to‑end campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting, and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue, and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience with DTC or eCommerce brands is preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
