Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership program across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. The role is fully remote and will work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones to support our DTC and e‑commerce clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a strong creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Experience working with DTC, eCommerce or similar brands is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. PT/ET hours.
