Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership program across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end influencer strategy, build strong relationships with creators, and drive performance‑focused growth for our DTC/eCommerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a vibrant creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Oversee gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create detailed campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns from outreach to negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN and ShopMy.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Availability to work during U.S. PT/ET business hours.
