Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership efforts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels. The role focuses on building strong creator relationships, community engagement and performance‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
• Experience with influencer/affiliate platforms such as Aspire, GRIN and ShopMy.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
• Experience with DTC or eCommerce brands is preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
• Availability to work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time hours.
