Influencer Marketer

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketer to lead and scale our creator partnership initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong creator relationships, driving performance‑focused campaigns and delivering measurable growth for our DTC/eCommerce brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Source, vet, negotiate and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Build and nurture a creator and ambassador community through ongoing engagement.
• Manage gifting, seeding, affiliate, whitelisting and paid partnership campaigns.
• Create campaign briefs and collaborate with creators to produce high‑performing content.
• Track campaign performance, creator ROI, affiliate revenue and key growth metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns, including outreach and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms.
• Experience working with DTC or eCommerce brands is preferred.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and analytical skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones.
