Influencer & Creator Community Manager

About the role

LED Esthetics is seeking an Influencer & Creator Community Manager to build and own a thriving creator ecosystem for its LED light‑therapy beauty brand. Working fully remote on US hours, you will transform fragmented creator interactions into a strategic community that drives affiliate revenue, generates high‑quality UGC, and fuels paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs using systematic scouting tools.
• Develop vetting criteria, outreach strategies, and personalized pitches to convert cold prospects into active partners.
• Manage a tiered creator database (VIP/A/B), nurture relationships, reactivate dormant creators, and ensure timely communication and fair compensation.
• Own affiliate program administration (Superfiliate, AWIN), track commissions, and optimize revenue streams.
• Implement and recommend a CRM or creator‑management system to track deliverables, payments, and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to source ad‑ready UGC, whitelist content, and support paid campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator community building, or affiliate program management.
• Strong analytical mindset to audit commission structures and evaluate creator performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create a compelling creator experience.
