Influencer Community Manager

About the role

GrowMojo is seeking an Influencer Community Manager to lead and grow a community of TikTok creators and influencers who act as affiliates for client brands. This remote position reports to the Head of Operations and focuses on strategy, relationship building, and performance tracking rather than sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture a community of TikTok influencers/creators that become affiliates for client brands.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and creators.
• Define and monitor KPIs, goals, and objectives for the influencer community.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients to understand their needs and align influencer activities.
• Conduct Zoom calls and conference calls with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Understand TikTok Shop Seller Center features to help clients list and promote products.
• Provide feedback to the performance‑marketing team to improve services for TikTok Shop sellers.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing influencer or creator communities, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience working with U.S. clients or companies.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to investigate performance anomalies.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and capable of handling multiple communities simultaneously.
