Inbound Sales Representative – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Meadow, you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for cremation services. Working remotely across LATAM, you will guide callers with empathy and clarity, helping them make confident decisions without pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads via phone, text, and email, providing clear information on cremation options.
• Follow up on returning leads to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
• Support queue coverage and sales‑related workflows to improve the overall customer experience.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high conversion and quality scores.
• Navigate Meadow’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the internal case‑management system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably phone‑based, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to guide live conversations toward confident decisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication skills.
• Comfortable balancing sales conversations with follow‑up and support tasks.
