Imaging Operator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Pre‑Press Imaging Operator to support imaging and color correction of card images and designs for a client’s team. The role requires a design‑savvy professional who can ensure visual consistency and high‑quality output while collaborating with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements.
• Maintain quality‑control procedures for visual materials across projects.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with photographers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve desired color results.
• Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and color accuracy.
• Foster a collaborative, communication‑first work environment.
• Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in imaging and color correction operations.
• Design‑savvy, organized, and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for sports and entertainment is a cultural plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong knowledge of color theory and color management.
