About the role

This 18‑month, part‑time program offers advanced university students a hands‑on introduction to human resources within a global financial services firm. You will work 19 hours per week, gaining practical experience while completing your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR team on day‑to‑day activities and ongoing projects.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and documentation.
• Participate in employee wellness and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Advanced university student (maximum 1–1.5 years remaining) in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Ability to work 19 hours per week for up to 18 months.
