HR Manager

About the role

Evolution is opening its first studio in Moreno, Argentina and seeks a hands‑on HR Business Partner to build the HR foundation for the new location. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as the primary HR expert for the local operations, partnering with business stakeholders to attract talent, support employees and ensure compliance with all HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll and compensation & benefits validation.
• Ensure full compliance with Argentine labor legislation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and best‑practice processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide strategic HR advice to managers and senior leaders.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a mid‑level HR leadership role.
• Proven experience with payroll, compensation and benefits administration.
• Deep understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
