HR Manager – Global Compliance & Recruitment

About the role

Beige is seeking a high‑energy HR Manager to build and safeguard a bullet‑proof HR infrastructure as the company scales globally. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on position where you will own compliance, recruitment, payroll, and contract administration for a rapidly growing media‑technology startup.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize US employment contracts, amendments, NDAs, and independent contractor agreements in full compliance with federal and state labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment intake, approve job ads, conduct final interview rounds, and make hiring decisions in partnership with department leads.
• Authorize monthly global and domestic payroll, performance bonuses, and overtime requests using Deel and internal payment spreadsheets.
• Lead internal audits to ensure all employee files, promotion records, and compliance documentation are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor recruitment pipeline KPIs and resolve any payroll or compliance escalations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations within a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment.
• Deep knowledge of US employment law and contract administration.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on operational precision and execution.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with US Pacific/Central business hours.
