HR Manager, EU PXT

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Raunheim (with options for Frankfurt or Cologne) within Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization. The HR Manager leads a team of HR Partners and HR Business Partners, partnering with site, business and HR leaders to translate PXT priorities into campus‑level strategy, improve employee experience and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure PXT teams across the campus execute with discipline, consistency and alignment to Amazon standards.
• Use inspections and data to identify defects, validate process integrity and reinforce accountability.
• Own end‑to‑end operational excellence through rigorous process execution, documentation standards and timely issue resolution.
• Drive engagement and retention by implementing feedback mechanisms, recognition programs and safety initiatives.
• Maintain building and safety standards through regular inspections and community engagement.
• Provide oversight on investigations, corrective actions and employee‑relations matters as the final decision‑maker on high‑risk decisions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience leading HR partners and business partners.
• Strong partnership skills with site, business and HR leaders.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite at Amazon facilities.
• Capacity to influence continuous improvement and foster a positive culture.
