HR Generalist (Junior to Semi‑Senior) – Remote / On‑site

About the role

Kingbee Vans is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support its growing team across Argentina and the United States. You will help shape a positive employee experience, uphold the company culture, and ensure smooth HR operations in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for bilingual operational positions.
• Coordinate onboarding to deliver a seamless new‑hire experience.
• Process contractor payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and day‑to‑day HR support.
• Drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team events.
• Support and improve HR systems, analytics, and operational workflows.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and solves problems.
• Empathetic, patient, and aligned with Kingbee’s people‑first values.
• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
