Home-Based Proposal Developer

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a home-based Proposal Developer in Buenos Aires. The role reviews Requests for Proposal (RFPs), prepares proposal text and budgets, and supports the proposal development team in delivering opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review RFPs, identify information needed for proposal text and budget, and work with the proposal team to prepare and finalize proposals.
• Prepare text and budget for proposals, rebids and related documents.
• Support other Proposal Developers in delivering assigned opportunities.
• Revise or develop preliminary agreements, budgets and scope of work, ensuring the scope is clear and budgets match it.
• Follow all proposal development processes and policies.
• Take part in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and spot discrepancies in customer information.
• Perform quality control edits on documents and help finalize them before distribution to the customer and internal departments.
• Update corporate databases and keep tracking reports accurate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in proposals, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Fluent English; CV must be submitted in English.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
