Healthcare Architecture Job Captain – Buenos Aires/Córdoba

About the role

Ensemble is seeking an experienced Healthcare Architecture Job Captain to lead complex hospital and healthcare facility projects for international clients. The role is based in Argentina, with candidates required to reside in Buenos Aires or Córdoba and work in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across projects.
• Coordinate and manage architectural BIM models from schematic design through construction documentation.
• Produce high‑quality architectural drawings, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Support BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and perform quality‑control reviews.
• Participate in coordination meetings, clash detection, and resolution processes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors across multiple disciplines.
• Assist Project Managers in meeting schedule, quality, and budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on healthcare projects such as hospitals, clinics, or ambulatory care facilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of U.S. building codes and architectural standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and AutoCAD.
• Solid knowledge of BIM methodology, LOD, IFC, and COBie standards.
• Experience developing architectural documentation from concept to construction.
