Head of Portfolio – Argentina

About the role

Uber is expanding rapidly in Argentina and needs a senior leader to shape its rider portfolio. As Head of Portfolio, you will define and execute the strategy for all Uber rider offerings across the country, ensuring the right mix of premium, affordable, airport and everyday commuting products.

Key responsibilities

• Own Argentina’s portfolio strategy, defining product mix, positioning and value proposition.
• Develop deep insights into rider behavior, preferences and pain points to improve experience and loyalty.
• Drive engagement and growth by identifying opportunities to increase frequency, retention and adoption.
• Continuously assess portfolio performance and adjust pricing, segmentation and offerings.
• Lead strategic growth initiatives, testing and scaling new products to unlock demand.
• Partner with City Operations, Marketplace, Marketing, Product, Airports and Regional teams to align investments and deliver seamless experiences.
• Represent the portfolio function on the Argentina leadership team, shaping overall business direction.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in mobility, transportation or related consumer‑facing businesses.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and rider segmentation.
• Track record of delivering growth and scaling product portfolios.
