Head of Finance – Lead Financial Control for Fast‑Growing eCommerce Group

About the role

Zenit Corp is a rapidly expanding eCommerce group seeking a Head of Finance to design and lead its financial control function. You will provide structured, actionable financial information to support strategic decisions across multiple brands and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Build the group’s financial control and reporting system from the ground up.
• Reconcile expenses, transactions, and supporting documentation across all entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual financial statements (P&L and balance sheet).
• Maintain accurate, structured financial data in QuickBooks.
• Organise and keep clean financial records, invoices and supporting documentation.
• Develop reporting tools that enable clear decision‑making.
• Provide cash‑flow forecasting, margin and EBITDA visibility.
• Support the CEO and General Manager with performance analysis, risk assessment and scenario planning.
• Prepare the company financially for potential future exit scenarios.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and leading financial control functions in fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and translate data into strategic insights.
