Head of Finance

About the role

Placement International is seeking a strategic Head of Finance to lead its global financial operations. This senior executive will partner with the leadership team to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and ensure compliance across a fast‑growing luxury hospitality placement business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide data‑driven advice to the executive team for strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑term financial planning, and cash‑flow management.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and supervise capital investment and asset planning.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls.
• Lead risk‑management initiatives and coordinate audit processes.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in multinational or fast‑paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.

• Experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to work with data analysis tools.
