Head of Client SEO Strategy & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Head of Client SEO Strategy & Delivery to lead the planning, execution, and performance of SEO campaigns for a portfolio of healthcare clients. The role combines strategic oversight, operational management, and team coaching to ensure every campaign delivers measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy and campaign execution across multiple healthcare accounts.
• Review and approve technical audits, content plans, and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize processes, reporting, and quality control across the delivery team.
• Coach SEO Strategists, Pod Leads, and Client Success Managers.
• Develop repeatable SEO playbooks and best practices.
• Identify technical, content, and on‑page optimization opportunities.
• Forecast capacity, allocate resources, and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor account health, mitigate risks, and maintain profitability.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading SEO strategy and campaign delivery, preferably in an agency.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on‑page SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and performance reporting.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and SEO teams.
• Ability to translate SEO performance into business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
