Head of Business Administration

About the role

CLAAS Argentina is seeking a Head of Business Administration to lead controlling and finance activities across Argentina and Brazil. The role will ensure accurate planning, budgeting, and monthly closings while supporting sales financing and credit management.

Key responsibilities

• Control and coordinate financial processes in Argentina and Brazil, including planning, monthly and year‑end closings.
• Manage budgeting, forecasts, and mid‑term planning for margins, OpEx and CapEx.
• Oversee finance processes for sales financing programs, credit management, and explore financing options with the Service Unit Business Administration.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, guaranteeing timely delivery of financial statements.
• Apply group finance, controlling and accounting standards in a matrix organization.
• Interact with external partners such as auditors, banks and tax consultants.
• Provide financial support and control for sales, after‑sales, production and logistics processes.
• Coordinate tax orientation with corporate functions and support the development of the commercial finance team.

Required profile

• Professional experience in financial controlling, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local Argentine and Brazilian GAAP.
• Experience with OpEx and CapEx management.
• Proven ability to work with external auditors, banks and tax advisors.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple business units and countries.
