Growth & SEO Analyst - Google Ads, B2B Marketing

About the role

An AI software agency based in Miami is looking for a Growth & SEO Analyst to scale its presence in the US B2B tech market. You will own paid acquisition and organic growth strategies aimed at IT decision-makers, turning campaigns into qualified pipeline. The role is fully remote, 20 hours per week with EST working hours, and pays $25-$30 USD per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting US B2B audiences
• Design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads in the IT market
• Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
• Track, analyze and report campaign performance, iterating based on data
• Work alongside the Marketing team, including a Marketing Specialist and an SDR, and report directly to and collaborate closely with the CEO
• Own campaign results end to end, from strategy to measurable outcomes

Required profile

• 3-4+ years of experience running marketing campaigns targeting the US market
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads
• Background in B2B marketing, ideally in the IT / tech services industry
• Experience marketing software development or AI services
• Portfolio showcasing relevant campaigns and results
• Availability to work 20 hours per week aligned with EST business hours

What we offer

• $25-$30 USD per hour, paid bi-weekly via Deel
• Fully remote, long-term contract starting with a 6-month trial period, with possible transition to full-time later
