Growth Marketing Lead – Cross-Channel

About the role

Methodology is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute cross‑channel campaigns that drive retention and acquisition efficiency. This fully remote position reports directly to the CEO and requires a blend of creative vision and rigorous data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize end‑to‑end campaigns across paid social, email, SMS, affiliate partnerships, and organic Instagram.
• Develop premium‑looking creative assets, including AI‑generated images and designs in Figma.
• Write conversion‑focused copy for ads, lifecycle emails, SMS, and partner communications.
• Analyze cohort performance and financial metrics to allocate budget and improve customer lifetime value.
• Support production planning for photo and video shoots.

Required profile

• Strong creative instincts paired with a data‑driven analytical mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple channels and quickly adopting new high‑leverage platforms.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently without close supervision.
• Experience in retention‑focused growth marketing and cohort‑based performance evaluation.
