Growth Marketer (AI‑Driven B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Growth Marketer who will own the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy and drive AI‑powered growth initiatives in a B2B environment. You will work closely with GTM Engineers and marketing teams to translate strategic vision into executable, data‑driven programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize GTM motions, partnering with marketing and GTM Engineers to build high‑leverage growth programs.
• Shape an AI‑driven growth playbook covering AI search visibility (AEO), signal‑based personalization, and AI‑powered demand generation across organic, inbound, and outbound channels.
• Develop ICP, segmentation, and enrichment strategies that turn raw data into sales‑ready intelligence.
• Design multi‑channel prospecting sequences, testing messaging, timing, and offers for outbound and inbound outreach.
• Set ABM and paid media strategies, define audience targeting on LinkedIn, Google, and connect ad engagement to pipeline data.
• Adapt proven AI‑driven growth playbooks to fit our market and product.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineers to translate strategic direction into clear execution specs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record building personalized, AI‑driven growth programs.
• Deep understanding of AI’s impact on growth, including AEO, personalization at scale, and intent‑based outreach.
• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
