Growth Advisor, Leasing

About the role

The Leasing Advisor owns the full journey from first contact to signed lease, driving revenue and occupancy for Belong’s rental homes. This high‑ownership position requires managing complex conversations, negotiating terms, and building relationships with homeowners and prospective residents.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire leasing pipeline, from inquiry to signed lease, setting cadence and follow‑up strategy.
• Lead high‑stakes conversations on pricing, objections, lease terms, and complex situations with confidence and empathy.
• Coordinate with Operations, Member Experience, and Homecare to ensure homes are ready for move‑in and surface blockers early.
• Track every lead and outcome with precision, using data to identify stalls and improve the growth process.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate drafting, insights, and overall leasing execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, leasing, account management or a similar outcome‑driven role.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑party conversations and closing deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, high‑ownership mindset with the ability to work without constant direction.

Required skills

• Fluency with CRM tools and a data‑informed approach to pipeline management.
• Comfort with AI and automation tools that enhance leasing efficiency.
